1.Description of Services
Techyz is a software development company that provides software solutions to businesses and individuals, including automated billing generation, payment solutions, and booking solutions (the "Services"). Our Services may include but are not limited to software development, design, and hosting.

- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Techyz, a Techyz employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by us, may harm Techyz or users of the Services or expose them to liability.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Techyz, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our express written consent.
4.User Accounts
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account with Techyz. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Techyz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.

6. Fees and Payments
Techyz Software Solutions Private Limited may charge fees for its services, and these fees may vary depending on the services provided. You agree to pay all fees when due, and Techyz Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services for non-payment. We reserve the right to change our fees and charges at any time. All fees and charges are non-refundable.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, India.

Techyz Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such amendment will signify your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Techyz with respect to your use of our Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Techyz.
